Sports Boxx Stores Terms & Agreement

By signing up for a Sports Boxx merch store, you agree to the following simple terms:

1. Your Account

Keep your account information accurate and secure.

You’re responsible for activity that happens through your account.

2. Setting Up Your Store

Once registered, you can customize your store and select products to sell.

You are responsible for your branding, logos, and product content.

Sports Boxx may remove content that violates the law or our policies.

3. Fees

Your store costs $599 per year, paid at signup or renewal.

Payment must be current to keep your store live.

4. Printing, Shipping & Fulfillment

All products are printed, packaged, and shipped by our trusted third-party partners.

Sports Boxx is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once they leave our fulfillment partner.

5. Your Content

You own your logos and designs.

By uploading them, you give Sports Boxx permission to produce and sell your merchandise.

Don’t upload anything that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Paid fees are non-refundable.

Sports Boxx may suspend or remove your store if these terms are violated.

7. Liability

Sports Boxx provides the platform “as-is” and cannot guarantee sales or results.

You agree to hold Sports Boxx harmless for any issues related to your store or content.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country].

By creating a store, you agree to these terms.
